Weight loss tips at home

I got so caught up in the fitness goals that I forgot that I usually managed.   weight loss tips for teens,But I didn't step into my gym for 6  or 8 month before reminding it.  Reminded, you may ask?  They are so predictable, that I can literally set my watch by them at midnight every year.  And they are easy to say for everyone as well.  They appear in flocks in January and are so fat that there is a row in front of every equipment in the gym.  
Then between mid-March to March they start disappearing one by one like game birds raised by predatory birds.  By April, they were all very much gone.  These seasonal "birds" are a joke of the gym every hunting season.  The question is, will you be one of them Because you definitely shouldn't be.  Everyone who is once in shape now was someone who was just getting started or going back on the horse after "going a little yourself".  So it is not a shame to start a new.  In fact, it should be appreciated. 
 Starting anew and afresh means that you have stepped up to the plate to do something, so that many people in the house are not ready for themselves.  The trick is not to let it all end as quickly as possible.  I will tell you the secret of being the ultimate man or woman, when everyone "flows north" because they cannot hack it.  
Set your weight loss and fitness goals now.  Make them as specific as possible.  
The dress or waist size you want, your correct weight, the dress you want to wear, the response you want to get.  Write it all down.  Studies have shown that written goals are twice as likely to become reality than those that are not.  
Then you forget all this when you go to the gym.  You heard me right - everyone.  Ignore the toned physics that look like it would have taken years to put them together.  Ignore the show-off in the corner doing some upside-down exercise with chains, ropes and 2 machines.  
They do not care about you.  it's all about you.  your body.  Your goals.  Your workout leads to your results and takes that "first" picture.  See it daily as you move away from the old and work towards the new.  If you can make it through the first few months, then you have greatly increased your chances for the long haul.  
Do not cheat yourself by going to this year's gym SEZ.  ... and if you can't do it in the gym, it's better.  Workout 15 minutes at home and find a place near home to get in your cardio.  The only thing that can keep you away from your goals is you.  Do not let this happen
