Why are men more overweight than women?

Male obesity has become a weighty subject….  Although weight loss programs and dietary trends often focus on women, they found that the trend of being overweight is higher for men (67 percent) than for women (62 percent).
In fact, a recent study conducted in the 30 years of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) showed that nine out of 10 men and seven out of 10 women were overweight or overweight.  But despite being overweight, only 39 percent of men are on diet or will try to lose weight.  While some men place importance on health and weight loss, their outlook is different than that of women, and therefore people hesitate to go on a diet.  In fact, according to the NIH, 66 percent of men say they eat those foods regardless of calories, leaving men wondering how they want to eat what they want and still keep their weight.  Are doing less.  A new diet program designed just for men combines two concepts — weight loss and great food — to help men achieve their weight loss goals.  The weight loss program is called Nutrisystem.  The program is based on portion-controlled, low-glycemic-index prepared food, so everything is already done for you.
Planning is simple and time efficient as there are no group meetings to attend.  The program leaves the stress of calculating what the expert should eat and what not, by providing clients with a ready-made meal.  Men can still eat their favorites, such as burgers, pizza, hot dogs, lasagna, pot roasts, tacos, and fried eggs.  This program was created strictly based on the needs of men.  You can eventually open a bag of chips or pretzels, and eat hot dogs or hamburgers, as NutriSystem has found a way to mix all the foods you can with an effective weight-loss plan.  Make love
